Commercial & industrial mechanical contractor

Mechanical systems for buildings that cannot stop running.

Meridian has maintained, retrofitted and replaced plumbing and hydronic systems across the Toronto–Hamilton–Waterloo corridor since 1996. We work to schedule, to spec, and inside occupied buildings.

Sectors served

Six building types, each with its own constraints.

Scheduling around tenants is a different discipline from scheduling around a production line. We staff and sequence accordingly.

Multi-residential

Condominium and rental towers. Riser replacement, domestic booster plants, suite-by-suite programs in occupied units.

Towers · Mid-rise · Co-ops

Industrial & manufacturing

Process water, compressed air lines, trench drainage and pump systems built to survive a plant environment.

Plants · Warehousing · Cold storage

Commercial & retail

Office towers, plazas and tenant fit-outs. Work sequenced outside trading hours where the lease demands it.

Office · Plazas · Fit-outs

Institutional

Schools, municipal buildings and recreation centres. Public-tender documentation and summer-shutdown delivery.

Education · Municipal · Recreation

Healthcare

Hospitals and long-term care. Infection-control protocols, staged cutovers, no interruption to critical areas.

Acute · LTC · Clinics

Data centres & critical

Chilled water loops, condenser piping and redundancy work where downtime is measured in dollars per minute.
